About David
David Reid joined Brazeau Seller Law as a student in 2010, returned as an associate, and became a partner in 2022. Before his legal career he worked as both a Finance Coordinator and a Project Manager at a multinational branding and design company. David practises in the firm's Real Estate Group, representing clients in purchases, sales, financing and leasing, and frequently consults with the Litigation Group on disputes involving real property. He has been an active member of the Meritas Young Lawyers group since joining its Advisory Board in 2018, chairs the Emerging Leader Advisory Board for 2023-2024, and joined the Meritas Board of Directors and its Member Engagement Committee in 2023. He is a Director of the Ottawa Tool Library, a non-profit promoting craftsmanship, upcycling and waste diversion.
