About Christina

Christina Skinner is a Bennett Jones LLP associate who advises clients on competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance, and marketing and advertising matters. She has worked on criminal and civil investigations under the Competition Act and on complex, high-profile mergers, including compliance with Section 11 Orders and supplementary information requests. Christina also advises on foreign investment review under the Investment Canada Act and has experience with sports arbitration matters involving allegations of coach and athlete misconduct before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. She belongs to Young Women in Law, the Canadian Bar Association's Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section, and the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law and Entertainment & Sports Industries sections. Before becoming an associate, she summered and articled at the firm and was seconded to the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
