About Avery
Avery Ross is a member of the litigation team, providing practical, tailored advice and representation in disputes related to the validity of wills, the administration of estates, the conduct of guardians and attorneys for property and personal care, and the fiduciary obligations of adult children. She assists trustees, beneficiaries, family members left out of estate planning, and those concerned about the management of an incapable person's assets. Before joining Brazeau Seller Law, Avery worked at other Ottawa firms in estate litigation and civil litigation, and as in-house counsel for a non-profit assisting healthcare providers with legal issues. Before law school she worked in clinical research and project management at a pediatric hospital and its affiliated research institute. She sits on the board of the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma, coaches with the Ottawa Triathlon Club, and judges moot court competitions at her alma mater.
