Alexis Levine practises syndicated debt, structured financing and distressed financings for domestic and international clients, and co-leads the firm's Public Sector Crisis & Compliance group, advising on lobbying, conflict of interest and election finance regulation. He has taught public law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
