About Fraser

Fraser Love's work centers on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies. He counsels clients from Canada and abroad across industries such as private equity, information technology, biotechnology, health care, education, consumer goods, manufacturing, and mining. Beyond deal work, Love also handles related corporate matters, including governance questions, joint ventures, alliances, commercial contracts, and financing arrangements. Before coming to Osler, he was an associate at another national law firm. He holds a combined JD/MBA from the Schulich School of Law and the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University, along with a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Economics from the University of Victoria.
