Zahra Nurmohamed is a partner in the Tax & Trusts Group and co-chair of the firm's Business Advisory Services Practice, with 20 years of experience in Canadian corporate tax. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, and resource taxation across telecommunications, manufacturing, and technology sectors. She's co-editor-in-chief of Resource Sector Taxation and has taught at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Before joining the firm, she was counsel and senior director of professional development at KPMG Law LLP.
