About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Bellerud co-manages Owen Bird Law Corporation and practises corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, charitable giving, corporate restructurings and shareholder agreements. Bellerud also advises on estate and tax planning for families and business owners and has completed Year 3 of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course. Bellerud sits on the board of Interlaw, an international network of law firms, leading its mergers and acquisitions and next-generation initiatives, and founded Owen Bird's Diversity, Inclusion and Community Involvement Committee. Community involvement includes leadership roles with St. Paul's Foundation Future Leaders and Face of Today.
