About Oluwatobi

Oluwatobi (Tobi) Abisoye is the managing lawyer at Abisoye Law Corporation, practising business, real estate, and immigration law. He was trained and called to the bar in three jurisdictions, British Columbia, Ontario, and Nigeria, which gives him a global perspective on local legal matters. He began his career as in-house counsel with an energy regulatory agency, building a foundation in compliance, governance, and administrative law, before moving into private practice representing individuals and businesses in immigration, family, and business law matters. He has appeared before various levels of court, including the BC Court of Appeal, and holds a Master of Laws degree. He also serves as a Lay Director with ASTTBC, contributing to professional governance and policy development.
