About Frank

Frank is Counsel in McInnes Cooper's Moncton office, working within the firm's Financial Services, Corporate and Business, and Real Property and Land Use Planning practice groups. He regularly acts for secured lenders, borrowers and property developers, negotiating commercial contracts, business purchases and sales, and secured financings. Before returning to McInnes Cooper in 2006, he spent four years as corporate counsel to a privately held group of companies operating across Canada and the United States. Frank is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick, formerly practiced in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, and was named Best Lawyers' Corporate Law "Lawyer of the Year" for Moncton in 2021.
