Fatema Lotia
Fatema's civil litigation practice is dedicated to insurance defence, covering both tort and accident benefits matters. She joined McCague Borlack from a Toronto insurance defence boutique and previously worked at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm on product liability, class actions, and medical malpractice. She serves on the Board of Directors for YWCA Toronto.
