Cassandra Brown advises on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution practices, and criminal and civil investigations. She also advises on foreign investment transactions under the Investment Canada Act. Her clients span energy, mining, technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, telecommunications, aviation, and automotive industries. She is co-author of Competition and Antitrust Laws in Canada and the Canada chapter of The Foreign Investment Regulation Review.
