About Fae
Fae is a partner in the firm's Halifax office, focusing on business law and corporate finance. She advises clients on corporate, commercial and securities law matters and is the Nova Scotia editor of Butterworths Canadian Forms and Precedents for private placements. Fae is past Chair of the Advisory Board to the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program, past President of the Entrepreneurs' Forum of Nova Scotia, and has served as a director of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies and Strongest Families Institute. She is Co-Chair of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society's Service Nova Scotia & Municipal Relations Liaison Committee and past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia Securities Law section. Fae earned her LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School in 1983, was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 1984, and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2011.
