About Eva

Eva Kapnoudhis is building a general litigation practice. She summered at Hunter Litigation Chambers in 2023 and rejoined as an associate in 2025 after clerking for five justices of the BC Supreme Court. She completed her JD at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, where she worked with the UBC Innocence Project and the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, competed in the Gale Cup Moot, and won the McLachlin Prize for Best Female Mooter and the Dickson Medal for Exceptional Oralist. Before law school she worked in HR consulting and holds a master's in employment and labour studies from the University of Toronto and a BSc from Queen's University.
