About Erin

Erin is an associate at TDS in Winnipeg, practising civil litigation and administrative law with a focus on construction law, insurance law, and commercial litigation. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, and the Manitoba Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and judicially assisted dispute resolutions. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Winnipeg in 2014 and her J.D. from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law in 2017. She articled and worked at a boutique Winnipeg firm from 2017 to 2022 before joining TDS, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2018.
