About Greta

Greta (C.J.) Airhart has been a family law, wills, and estates practitioner since her call to the bar in August 2009. She works as a barrister, solicitor, and mediator, and joined Meridian Law Group's associate counsel ranks in September 2025 following eight years running her own practice. Airhart concentrates on difficult and complex litigation matters, and where possible she counsels clients before a conflict escalates to court, working to reach a negotiated resolution or, failing that, to put clients in the strongest possible position for litigation. She resolves disputes through negotiation, mediation, and proceedings before the BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court.
