Jessica Chan is a bilingual litigation lawyer offering legal services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is one of the few lawyers in British Columbia dual-qualified to practise in both Hong Kong and British Columbia. Before moving to Canada in 2022, she practised as a commercial litigation lawyer in Hong Kong at prestigious US law firms for over a decade, specializing in complex commercial disputes, international arbitration, internal investigations, and regulatory and compliance matters, representing multinational and Chinese clients across real estate, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and financial services sectors. She was admitted in Hong Kong in 2010 and in British Columbia in 2025.
