About Thomas

Thomas Haughian is an associate in Stewart McDannold Stuart's litigation group, practicing civil litigation, municipal liability defence, bylaw enforcement, injunction proceedings, expropriations and administrative law. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has conducted judicial reviews of decisions by various administrative tribunals. Haughian joined the firm as a student in 2021, articled with the firm, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023. He earned his JD from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano University, and provided pro bono legal services during law school through the Law Centre and the UVic Business Law Clinic.
