About Émylia

Émylia Morin's practice at Goldwater Droit focuses on family litigation, including divorce, parenting disputes, support matters and complex procedural applications in high-conflict proceedings, including cases involving high-value matrimonial assets. She has acted as co-counsel with founding partner Anne-France Goldwater on complex divorce and constitutional proceedings. Morin joined the firm through its competitive articling recruitment program and completed her Bar internship under managing partner Marie Anne Martin, with earlier experience at a private family law firm, the Montreal courthouse and the Tribunal administratif du logement. She earned her LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2023, graduating on the Dean's Honour Roll each year, and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2024. She is a member of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial du Québec and works in French and English.
