About Emily

Emily has a broad litigation practice and provides guidance on employment matters, including termination negotiations and workplace disputes. Before joining McCague Borlack, she practised at an Ottawa litigation boutique, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She's appeared before the Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and various tribunals.
