About Susan

Susan is the Managing Partner of Myers LLP, a role she assumed in July 2023, and practises exclusively in labour and administrative law. She advises union clients on collective agreements, workplace policies, and legislation affecting Manitoba workers, and represents individuals in regulated professions facing complaints of professional misconduct. Susan has appeared before judicial compensation commissions in Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories, and before courts up to the Supreme Court of Canada. She has practised with Myers LLP since 2001 and previously served as a managing partner from 2015 to 2018. Susan was called to the bars of both Manitoba and Ontario in 2001.
