Eli M. Udell is a partner and head of the real estate group at Merovitz Potechin LLP. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and practises across freehold and condominium land development, commercial financing and acquisitions, and a broad range of real estate transactions. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, along with a B.A. from McGill University and an M.A. from the University of Western Ontario, both in political science. Originally from Windsor, Ontario, he has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law and supports charities including the United Way and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
