About Doug

Doug Gadient has advised individuals, businesses, and developers from Ottawa's west end for more than 43 years, with a practice focused on property development and residential real estate. He assists developers and builders with land acquisition, the development process, financing, and sales to home buyers, and has advised on numerous developments in Ottawa and surrounding townships including Kemptville, Beckwith, West Carleton, Osgoode, and Greely. He also acts for home buyers and sellers on residential real estate transactions and refinancing. He is restricting his practice to real estate matters as he moves toward retirement over the next few years. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa.
