About Matthew
Matthew Erdman is an associate in Osler's corporate practice group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Before joining Osler, Matthew Erdman worked as an associate at another leading Canadian corporate law firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western University and an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School. His recent representative work has included advising vendors and purchasers on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a range of industries.
