About Carly

Carly Stewart is a senior associate at Merovitz Potechin LLP whose practice is divided between estates litigation and commercial litigation. She practised as a litigator in Scotland for two decades before moving to Asia in 2021 and then to Ontario in 2023. She qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate in Scotland in 2011 and trained as a mediator that same year, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. She holds an LLB (Hons) and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the University of Dundee, Scotland.
