About Héléna
Héléna Gagné is a partner in the tax law group at Osler's Montreal office and co-leads the firm's national private client practice. Her work centres on taxation and estate planning, with particular attention to high-net-worth individuals and matters involving wills, estates, and trusts. Héléna advises individuals, families, trustees, executors, and family businesses on wealth transfer and estate administration. She holds the internationally recognized Trust and Estate Practitioner designation through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has taught in the taxation master's program at HEC Montreal, where she continues to lecture on tax and estate planning topics.
