Bram Potechin is Of Counsel at Merovitz Potechin LLP and a certified specialist in real estate law with the Law Society of Ontario since 2014. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977 and holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. in economics and urban studies from York University. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in Canada every year from 2021 through 2025 and was recognized as Best Lawyers' 2023 Lawyer of the Year for real estate law in Ottawa. He has also received the County of Carleton Law Association's Abe Feinstein Solicitor Award and the Ontario Bar Association's Award of Excellence in Real Estate.
