About Illya

Illya Shcherba is a lawyer at Vest Estate Law's Calgary office. He studied political science at the University of Calgary and completed his law degree at the University of Alberta, where he developed an interest in employment law, estate litigation, personal injury, and family law. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, Applications Judges Chambers, and Civil Regular Chambers, and worked at smaller litigation-focused firms before joining the firm. Shcherba was born in Ukraine and raised in Calgary.
