About Eamon
Eamon O'Keeffe is a partner at Liberty Law who focuses his practice on defending individuals accused of serious sexual offences, including sexual assault, sexual interference, and sexual exploitation. He was called to the bar in Alberta in 1997 and is also a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories since 2011, handling serious criminal cases across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Northwest Territories. After his B.A. (1992) and LL.B. (1995) at the University of Saskatchewan, he articled at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal before joining Liberty Law in 1996. O'Keeffe is one of the more experienced jury trial lawyers in Alberta and lectures annually at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law on jury trials. He is affiliated with Pro Bono Law Alberta and represents some clients without the means to retain a lawyer on a pro bono basis.
