About Graham
Graham J. Rapson is a junior associate at Beresh Law whose practice is focused solely on defending people facing criminal charges and regulatory offences. After graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in April 2018, he completed his articles under founder Brian Beresh, K.C., working on serious cases including drug trafficking, sexual assault, fraud, and murder allegations. While in law school he volunteered with, then worked as a case worker for, Student Legal Services, representing clients on criminal, traffic, and regulatory charges, and he worked for Alberta Justice's Crown Prosecutor's office in Wetaskiwin during a summer placement. He also participated in the Provincial Court Clerkship program in his final year of law school.
