About Jatin

Jatin (Jay) Sahni is a partner at Verdicta LLP and leads the firm's criminal law team, also practising civil litigation and real estate. He pursued his legal education in Australia at Bond University, graduating in 2022, and completed the National Committee on Accreditation process to practise in Canada. During law school he was a semi-finalist in the David Strangio Moot and a finalist in the CLSA's NHL Arbitration competition. He has appeared before both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, handling jury trials, impaired driving defences under the SafeRoads Alberta regime, civil mediation, and RTDRS tenancy disputes.
