About Duncan

Duncan W. Glaholt founded Glaholt Bowles LLP and shaped its direction during his years there, particularly in construction law. He is no longer in active private practice at the firm but continues an independent alternative dispute resolution practice through Glaholt ADR. Over his career he authored and co-authored numerous texts on construction and arbitration law, including Construction Trusts, The Law of ADR in Canada, and The Annotated Ontario Construction Lien Act, and he wrote widely on statutory adjudication and arbitrator conduct.
