About Michelle

Michelle Roth founded and chairs Goodmans' Aging & Healthcare practice and leads SenbridGe, the firm's division for seniors living, healthcare, and aging. She advises organizations on strategic matters and handles a range of M&A deals involving healthcare assets. Her practice has grown to cover healthcare transformation work along with M&A, corporate finance, banking, and real estate, after several years working in-house at healthcare organizations. She has particular experience with CMHC-backed debt financing and healthcare regulation, and has worked in both Toronto and Vancouver offices. In 2022 she received the Israel Cancer Research Fund's Carole Tanenbaum Women of Action Business Award, and in 2018 she was given the Lexpert Zenith Award for mid-career achievement. She has also served on boards including the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Hospital for Sick Children's Executive Cabinet, and chaired the Regent Park School of Music.
