Duncan has a broad litigation practice covering general litigation and health law matters, business and contractual disputes, construction disputes and insurance defence, appearing before the Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island, the PEI Court of Appeal, and administrative tribunals. His practice also extends to corporate matters, residential property transactions, estate planning and administrative law, and he prepares legal opinions and reviews contracts. Before law, he worked as an independent business consultant on research and strategic planning for entrepreneurs, startups and non-profits. He previously served as Technical Director of a provincial sporting organization and sits on the Board of Directors for the Island Nature Trust. He is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association.
