About Douglas

Douglas Cottier assists clients with business transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions across various industries, and also advises on franchising, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters. He leads the firm's Corporate Services Department and supports firm strategic planning. He holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University (2016) and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Southern California (2012), and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2017. Before law, he worked with the University of Southern California men's basketball staff. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
