About Vanessa
Vanessa Vilardi received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law and was called to the BC bar in 2019, beginning her career at Hawthorne, Piggott & Company doing general solicitor's work including corporate governance, commercial transactions, real property purchases and sales, and wills and estates. In 2023 she became in-house counsel for a large BC energy company, advising its Real Property, Facilities and Major Projects teams, before rejoining Hawthorne, Piggott & Company in 2024 as a part-time corporate lawyer. She now advises small, mid-sized, and large BC corporations on commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, real property acquisitions, and corporate governance.
