About Luca
Luca Citton serves as President of Boughton Law and a member of the firm's Board of Directors, overseeing the firm's Business Law Practice Group. Focusing primarily on corporate and commercial law, he supports clients ranging from SMEs to global firms in the structuring, sale and ongoing operations of their businesses, and maintains an ancillary practice in IP law as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent. He chairs Boughton Law's Community Action Committee and serves on the Board of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide. He practises through a personal law corporation.
