About Cole
Cole Bailey was called to the British Columbia bar in 2022 after earning his law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. He joined Coal Harbour Law's corporate and commercial group after practising at a national law firm in Vancouver, where he worked on corporate transactions, acquisitions, mergers, financings, and commercial litigation before the provincial and supreme courts. During law school he took part in the Business Law Clinic and won the B.C. Law Schools Moot.
