About Dominique

Dominique is a fully bilingual partner with a practice spanning labour and employment law and insurance defence. She advises employers on the duty to accommodate, human rights, occupational health and safety, terminations and internal policies, and supports life and disability insurers on coverage and long-term disability claims. Her litigation experience includes wrongful dismissal cases before the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, the Court of Queen's Bench and the Small Claims Court. Dominique holds an LL.B. and a B.A. from Université de Moncton and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2012. She is a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick, the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association and the AJEFNB, and serves on the board of Downtown Moncton Centre Ville Inc.
