About André

André Carroll is originally from Grand Falls, New Brunswick and is fluently bilingual. He practices corporate and commercial, real estate and securities law, and has taught tax law at the Université de Moncton law school. His work includes advising business owners on incorporations, governance matters and corporate reorganizations, and acting for private and publicly listed corporations on large-scale equity financings. Carroll earned his JD from Université de Moncton in 2013, after a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2009, and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2014. He is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Taxation Law Section and has lectured on taxation at Université de Moncton.
