About Marc

Marc Beaubien is a Partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing from Saint Mary's University before completing his law degree at the University of New Brunswick, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2007. Marc acts for a variety of clients in commercial real estate acquisition, leasing, and financing, and has significant experience representing retailers in the acquisition and subleasing of properties throughout Atlantic Canada.
