About Dominic

Dominic Caron is a partner in Pink Larkin's Fredericton office, providing bilingual legal services across New Brunswick in professional regulation, labour and employment law, administrative law, and language rights. He serves as legal counsel to complaints and discipline committees, advising professional regulatory bodies on administrative law and professional regulation matters, and represents clients in arbitrations, labour board proceedings, and litigation. He has developed a niche practice in language rights, representing clients in constitutional matters involving the rights of linguistic minorities, and appears before administrative tribunals and all levels of court in New Brunswick, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He holds memberships in the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, and the Association des juristes d'expression francaise du Nouveau-Brunswick. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2014.
