About Delaney

Delaney maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on contractual and other business disputes, including construction, corporate and commercial, and debtor/creditor matters. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, volunteering during law school with Pro Bono Students Canada for the MS Society of Canada. She completed her articles at Pushor Mitchell and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022. She serves as a director of the Central Okanagan Food Bank and the Canadian Home Builders' Association Central Okanagan.
