About Deepak

Deepak Vadera is a criminal defence lawyer who graduated from Western University's Faculty of Law in 2024. His practice covers a wide range of criminal matters, from minor charges to serious offences, including youth cases. He focuses on practical outcomes, working to secure reduced Crown positions, help clients avoid criminal records, and limit or avoid custodial sentences where possible, while remaining ready to proceed to trial when needed. During law school he was active in criminal law work, representing clients through Community Legal Services and eventually becoming a Team Leader, along with completing a placement at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Criminal Law Externship Program.
