About Kristianne
Kristianne is an associate at Bariteau Dulysh, where her practice focuses on criminal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. She represents clients facing a wide range of criminal charges in and around the GTA. Kristianne received her JD from the University of Ottawa with a dual option in public law and law and technology, and before law school she completed graduate coursework at the University of Victoria and earned an Honours BA from York University. She articled at Bariteau Dulysh and was called to the bar in 2021, staying on as an associate. In law school she worked as a research assistant, presented research before the CRTC tribunal, and worked on cases before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada.
