John Richard Collins is a certified specialist in criminal law, a designation granted by the Law Society of Ontario. He has practised criminal defence for more than 40 years, appearing at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice covers the full range of Criminal Code charges, including fraud, theft, possession offences, cyber-related crime, sexual assault, and drug offences. He also handles Highway Traffic Act and Provincial Offences Act charges, and represents clients in administrative tribunal and professional disciplinary hearings.
