About Bryan
Bryan is a partner whose practice centers on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation for people who have suffered serious injuries. He earned his LL.B. with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 1998 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000. Since then he has focused on civil and personal injury litigation and has argued matters at every level of court in Ontario, including trials in the Superior Court of Justice and hearings before the License Appeal Tribunal. He also handles insurance litigation. Bryan has published articles on civil litigation and personal injury topics in the Lawyers Weekly and has spoken at conferences on municipal liability and procurement. He co-authored a chapter on emergency services for a text on municipal liability in Canada and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
