About David
David Oke focuses his practice on real estate law and wills and estates, assisting individuals and businesses with residential and commercial real estate sales, purchases, and financing, multi-family residential transactions, will preparation, estate planning, and probate and administration of estates. His work also extends to incorporations, corporate restructurings, commercial leasing, and commercial asset and share transactions. David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary in 1989 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1992, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1993. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Calgary Bar Association.
