About Gary
Gary D. Braun offers legal services to individuals, government bodies, and small businesses, with a practice focused on civil litigation as well as estate matters such as preparing wills, obtaining probate or administration, and litigating estate disputes. He has considerable experience negotiating and drafting commercial leases for landlords and tenants, and is a seasoned civil litigator with a particular interest in estate litigation, corporate disputes, and personal injury. Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 1988 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1992, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1993. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association, and previously served as a director of the Victoria Park Business Revitalization Zone.
