About Carleigh

Carleigh Farquhar is an associate in Osler's Employment and Labour group. She completed her law degree at the University of Toronto, taking part in Downtown Legal Services as a caseworker on student files. Before law school, Farquhar studied strategic management and international development at McGill University, earning her Bachelor of Commerce. She first worked at Osler during summers in 2022 and 2023, then returned to complete her articling term with the firm across 2024 and 2025. Farquhar also volunteers on the hotline for Pro Bono Ontario.
