About Kristin

Kristin Aucoin is an associate in the Intellectual Property group in the firm's Toronto office. Her practice focuses on trademarks, copyright, entertainment and media, and regulatory matters. She has represented clients before the Federal Court of Canada, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Superior Court, and Small Claims Court, with experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property, defamation, and insolvency matters. She earned her law degree from Queen's University, receiving awards for her results in intellectual property, research, and advocacy courses, and represented the school at the 2019 Wilson Moot. Before joining Osler, Kristin articled and worked as an associate in the litigation group of a large international law firm.
